He told me he was so very sorry and asked if there was anything he could do or if I needed anything. I told him she had passed away that very afternoon. He was on duty a couple of nights later and asked about my friend. He displayed genuine concern and compassion that you don’t often see anymore. I explained I had spent the day with a lifelong friend of 70 years who was in a nursing home, under Hospice care, and not expected to live. After taking my bags up, I came back down to ask Morgan about a nice quiet place to eat. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well appointed. After glancing around the exceptionally clean lobby area, I said, what a nice hotel! With a look of pride on his face, Morgan said, wait until you see your room! I could tell he was invested in his workplace and he was right about my room. A very kind young man by the name of Morgan welcomed me. From the time I walked in until the time I left, everything was top-notch.
